"Non client" Winter Retreat 2027 - Emotional Sobriety Coaching

The Turning Point

Southlake, Texas | Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square
February 25 through 28, 2027

The moment you choose differently, everything begins to change.

Step into sacred space

The life you want doesn’t begin with more control.

It begins with a different choice.

The Turning Point is an invitation to recognize the crossroads in your life and explore what is really driving your choices, including the beliefs, emotional habits, survival strategies, and automatic responses shaping the way you drink, work, love, cope, and move through the world.

This is not about fixing yourself.

It is about understanding yourself well enough to choose differently.

Are you ready to stop repeating the pattern and choose what comes next?

Throughout this experience, you’ll begin identifying the internal patterns that keep pulling you back toward familiar choices, even when those choices no longer serve you.

Through guided coaching, honest reflection, and meaningful connection, you’ll learn to recognize when you have reached a crossroads and create the space to make a different decision.

Lasting change does not come from forcing yourself to do better.

It begins when you understand what has been driving the pattern and learn how to respond from a place of clarity, self-trust, and intention.

It’s time to release

The weight you carry has served you. It may also be what keeps you in motion when what you really need is a place to land.

Step into sacred space

You don’t have to be an ESC client to experience The Inner Shift.

This experience is open to any woman who is ready to better understand herself and the patterns shaping her life.

It’s for the woman who:

  • Looks capable on the outside but feels exhausted underneath
  • Is questioning her relationship with alcohol, control, or perfectionism
  • Automatically puts everyone else’s needs ahead of her own
  • Feels trapped by perfectionism, people-pleasing, or overthinking
  • Wants to respond differently instead of repeating the same reactions
  • Is tired of trying to think her way into feeling better
  • Wants practical tools for creating meaningful change
  • Is ready to release a role, story, or pattern that no longer fits
  • Craves honest connection with women who understand

You do not need to be sober, have a label, or have previous coaching experience. You only need to be curious about what could change when you begin choosing differently.

Whether you’re a current ESC client, have followed Colleen’s work from afar, or are completely new to Emotional Sobriety, you are welcome here.

No previous coaching experience is required.

Full days devoted to the work that changes everything else.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll participate in a thoughtfully designed schedule of:

  • Transformative teaching and coaching sessions with Colleen
  • Special sessions and contributions from the Emotional Sobriety Coaching team
  • Practical workshops exploring emotional regulation, self-trust, relationships, boundaries, and the patterns beneath drinking
  • Guided nervous-system and body-based practices
  • Reflection and integration exercises
  • Meaningful group conversations
  • Opportunities to connect with women from across the ESC community and beyond
  • Space to process what you’re learning and identify how it applies to your life

This is a conference-style retreat

Sessions take place throughout Friday and Saturday. Each experience is designed to move you beyond simply understanding the concepts so you can begin putting them into practice in your everyday life.
